Following the updates of Guidelines for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa legislation in September, we got the new version of both Home Office & Tech Nation Guidelines for applicants who would like to apply for this unique talent visa in Digital Technologies.

To highlight the main changes of the current procedure of Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa application here is a brief of them:
- provide three Letters of Recommendation (not two letters anymore);
- demonstrate your skills to work in product-led businesses (the UK wants more people in Tech and Business route who can create, develop and succeed this kind of business);
- show off the positive commercial impact of your projects to increase chances to get Endorsement;
- apply paperless documentation, only electronic submission
