How to make a good CV or Resume for Tech Nation visa

That’s why I have a nice solution. In reality, thinking about the features of CV and Resume for Global Talent Visa, it is highly welcome to create a hybrid :).

It does not matter how you will call it – CV for Talent visa or resume for Global talent visa but it must have:

  1. up to 3 pages of length. Don’t try to be too short. For example, 1 page will not be a good fit. If you have a max limit of three pages, use it for sure!
  2. more facts, less empty words about your high achievements or exceptional talents without evidence;
  3. clear structure, separate paragraphs for your education and work experience;
  4. on top of your CV or Resume for Global Talent visa include your personal details;
  5. less too personal information like your birthday, size of foot and weight. Don’t include your photo as well;
  6. list your patents and scientific contributions in a separate paragraph;
  7. if you apply for technology route, then include your GitHub or other relevant profile;
  8. don’t use strange as well as odd fonts for your resume. Times New Roman or Arial, size 12 or min 10 -as a result, your CV will look amazing!
  9. handwritten documents for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa are not acceptable at all. Though, your resume must be printed;
  10. include your hobby and volunteering experience only if it is relevant for your expertise. For example, you are working on agritech startup for vertical farming and you are farmer by yourself. Then (if you still have a room) you can even attach your photos on work as your supporting document :).
