Tech Nation Visa Alumni Drinks meeting in May was located in a nice and spring place. Central London location. Lovely views – at Regent’s Park. Have you ever been there? If not, follow me 🙂

What is Tech Nation Visa Alumni Drinks?

As far as I know, we are the only community in Global Talent Visa, which has regular meetings. Neither Global Talent Visa in Science, nor Global Talent Visa in Arts have anything similar. Tech Nation Visa is truly special because of this.

Traditionally, we meet in pubs. However, when the weather is good we meet at the parks or other public spaces.

Sure, it is too easy to have just a drink. Hence, in Tech Nation Visa Alumni we have meetings with entrepreneurs, scientists, influencers and other interesting people. As a result, we have not only great time to spend together but also some intellectual outcome of each meeting.

Meetings at Regent’s Park

So this time we met outside the dusty rooms, noisy pubs, and overcrowded after-work cafes. We went to nature. Regent’s Park was our preference since we have already great experience of celebrating May 4th there.

Interesting idea of coming somewhere different than our usual locations was accepted by our talented folks. We had over 2o people at our last drinks!

Photos of most people are below :). Also, special credit for these cool photos to Lisa Gray. She is our Event Evangelist and one of the Boosters of social activities within the Tech Nation Visa Alumni community.

Our agenda for that day was related to London Tech Week and everything which is related to this Event of the Year for our London-based community.

As of now, the next big meetup for talents and promises – our Hackathon. By the way, have you already registered there? If you have any questions – let me know.

We are on the way to make our life happier and hackathon will help us with this mission. Indeed, see you there 🙂
